RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We maintain a “closed-box delivery” policy. This is essential to protect the customer’s privacy, the products’ authenticity, and the ability to modify or adulterate them. Please return any damaged, flawed, or wrong products to Shathi Mart, and we’ll make arrangements for a replacement if the following criteria are met:

• After opening the package, if a defect is found (damaged/defective/wrong product), notify the “Customer Relationship Management Department” (through inbox or hotline +8801716452000) as soon as possible along with a picture/video as proof.
• The “Customer Relationship Management Department” will change the product, replace it, or adjust the payment after consulting with management. The complaint is valid for 48 hours after the product is received.
• Once a product has been purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged if the customer changes their mind or doesn’t like the product’s texture, smell, color, or design.
• The Return Policy will not be valid if the seal is broken or the product does not suit you.
• Products that are used, swatched, or liquid or semi-liquid will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
• If you order the wrong product by mistake, we may exchange it if you pay the shipping and return costs. The arrangement of this special exchange, on the other hand, is dependent on the product type and risk involved in the exchange process, as well as Management discretion.
• The original invoice, as well as the product packaging box (if applicable), must be returned with the product.

How to send your product back to us? How much will it cost you?

Our Customer Service will arrange for the product to be picked up from your location at no cost (*Conditions applied). We will reimburse your courier fee if your return claim is validated.

If we find that your claim about the product is invalid, you must accept the same product and bear the costs of return and resending.

রিটার্ন এবং রিফান্ড পলিসি

সাথী মার্ট ‘ক্লোজড বক্স ডেলিভারি’ পলিসি অনুসরণ করে। পণ্যের অথেন্টিসিটি, ক্রেতার গোপনীয়তা বজায় রাখা এবং পণ্যের ভেজাল অথবা কোনো ধরণের পরিবর্তন রোধ নিশ্চিত করণে যা অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ। সাথী মার্ট থেকে ক্রেতা যদি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ অথবা ভুল কোনো পণ্য পেয়ে থাকে, অবশ্যই সেটা রিটার্ন করা যাবে। নিম্নলিখিত শর্তের ভিত্তিতে সাথী মার্ট রিপ্লেসমেন্ট বা রিফান্ডের ব্যবস্থা করে।

পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর যদি ক্রেতা পণ্যে কোনো ত্রুটি (ড্যামেজ, ডিফেক্টিভ বা ভুল পণ্য) দেখতে পায়, প্রমাণসরূপ ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনেই উপযুক্ত ছবি বা ভিডিও ধারন করে সাথী মার্টের কাস্টমার রিলেশনশীপ ম্যানেজমেন্ট ডিপার্টমেন্টে যোগাযোগ করতে হবে। ফেইসবুক পেইজের ইনবক্স বা হটলাইন নম্বরে (+8801716452000) যোগাযোগ করতে হবে।

• কাস্টমার রিলেশনশীপ ম্যানেজমেন্ট ডিপার্টমেন্ট আলোচনার ভিত্তিতে পণ্য চেঞ্জ বা রিপ্লেসমেন্টের সিদ্ধান্ত নিবে অথবা পেমেন্ট অ্যাডজাস্ট কিংবা রিফান্ডের জন্য ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করবে। তবে অবশ্যই পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যেই কর্তৃপক্ষকে জানাতে হবে।
• ব্যবহার করা লিকুইড / সেমি লিকুইড কিংবা যে কোন ধরনের পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে এক্সচেঞ্জ বা রিফান্ডের সুযোগ নেই।
• পণ্য ক্রয়ের পর মত পরিবর্তন অথবা স্মেল, টেক্সচার, কালার, ডিজাইন ও পণ্য পছন্দ না হলে এক্সচেঞ্জ বা রিফান্ডের সুযোগ নেই।
• ক্রেতা যদি পণ্যের সিল খুলে ফেলে বা পণ্যটি ক্রেতাকে স্যুট না করার কারনে ফেরত দিতে চায়, সেই অভিযোগটি গ্রাহ্য হবে না।
• ক্রেতা যদি ভুলবশত কোন পণ্য অর্ডার করে, তাহলে তা এক্সচেঞ্জের সুযোগ রয়েছে। সেক্ষেত্রে ভুল পণ্যটি ফেরত পাঠানো এবং পুনরায় নতুন পণ্য পাঠানোর খরচ ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে। কিন্তু পণ্যটির ধরন, এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রসেসের জটিলতা ইত্যাদি বিষয়ে সাথী মার্ট কর্তৃপক্ষ বিবেচনা করে সিদ্ধান্ত জানাবে।
• কোনো প্রোডাক্ট রিটার্ন করার সময় অরিজিনাল ইনভয়েস পেপার, প্রোডাক্ট প্যাকেজিংয়ের বক্স (যদি থাকে) এগুলো সহ ফেরত দিতে হবে।

কীভাবে প্রোডাক্ট পাঠাবেন? খরচ কেমন হবে?

ঢাকার মধ্যে হলে সাথী মার্টের কাস্টমার সার্ভিস থেকে প্রোডাক্টটি পিক-আপ করার ব্যবস্থা করা হবে, এক্ষেত্রে ক্রেতার কোনো খরচ হবে না (শর্ত সাপেক্ষে)। ক্রেতার অভিযোগটি যথাযথভাবে প্রমাণিত হলে, কুরিয়ার চার্জ অবশ্যই পরবর্তীতে ক্রেতাকে প্রদান করা হবে।

তবে ক্রেতা কর্তৃক ফেরত দেয়া পণ্য সাথী মার্টের কর্তৃপক্ষের কাছে পৌঁছানোর পর যদি প্রমাণিত হয় যে ক্রেতার অভিযোগটি সঠিক ছিল না, তাহলে পুনরায় সেই পণ্যটিই ক্রেতাকে পাঠানো হবে। পণ্যটি ফেরত দেয়া এবং পুনরায় নতুন করে পাঠানোর খরচ এক্ষেত্রে ক্রেতাকে বহন করতে হবে।
